The role oversees production, quality, safety, cost, delivery, customer satisfaction, budgets, schedules, staffing, cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, and technical program execution. Candidates need a BA/BS/MBA or equivalent experience, electronics manufacturing and system integration knowledge, engineering documentation skills, complex program management experience, cross-functional leadership, P&L understanding, and advanced English; NPI experience is preferred.
