Description
WestJet is hiring a Program Manager - Operational Audit to lead and develop its company-wide operational safety audit program, oversee IOSA certification, conduct operational quality and safety audits, coordinate corrective actions, develop auditor training, and report systemic safety deficiencies. The role reports to the Senior Manager - Group Audit, Investigations & Safety Data, requires frequent travel across WestJet’s network, and is eligible for candidates based in Calgary or Toronto. Candidates must have 3 to 6 years of audit or relevant airline operational experience, IOSA and professional auditor training, aviation regulatory knowledge, SMS expertise, and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. L-1B visa.
