Description
WestJet is hiring a Program Manager, Operational Performance to lead complex, cross-functional operational performance and transformation initiatives. The role partners with senior operational leaders, develops business cases and implementation plans, manages program governance and delivery, facilitates executive steering committees, and drives stakeholder engagement and accountability. It requires 8–12 years of relevant experience, a post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Operations, or a related field, and experience in aviation, transportation, logistics, or another complex operating environment. The position requires in-person collaboration up to five days per week, subject to change.
