Amazon Consumer Payments is hiring a Program Manager to optimize operational processes in its consumer financial services business. The role owns process baselines, prioritizes and delivers automation and generative AI improvements, partners with engineering and other teams, documents SOPs and controls, drives adoption, and reports progress. Candidates need at least three years of program or project management and cross-functional technology experience, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong English communication skills.
