Dozee is hiring a Program Manager to own and drive high-priority business and operational initiatives for Dozee India Business. The role manages projects from problem definition through execution and scale, builds processes and dashboards, coordinates cross-functional teams, identifies bottlenecks and automation opportunities, and tracks metrics and risks. Responsibilities include distributor-channel management and digital-outreach automation, with other projects potentially spanning business operations, customer success, sales, automation, and strategic initiatives. The role requires a Tier-1 college graduate, 2–6 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and hands-on experience with automation, AI, no-code/low-code tools, or process improvement.
