Amazon Logistics Japan is hiring a Program Manager to lead the expansion and operational execution of a new logistics business across Japan. The role manages business expansion, operating processes, standard operating procedures, operational metrics, new service and technology initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across first mile, middle mile, last mile, and return operations. The position is based at the Tokyo Office and requires Japanese and English fluency, a bachelor's degree, and at least two years of relevant program, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or related experience.
