Dcode is hiring a Program Manager to modernize executive command, control, and communications support for a defense-sector client. The role leads workstreams and small engagements, manages Agile and Scrum delivery, develops operating models and decision-support frameworks, tracks program performance, and serves as an embedded advisor to government stakeholders. Candidates need 3–6 years of relevant experience, DoW command, control, and communications modernization experience, strong analytical and stakeholder skills, and eligibility for TS/SCI access; enterprise architecture, organizational design, workforce development, and government consulting experience are preferred. The salary range is $98,000–$130,000 plus bi-annual bonuses, with TS-SCI and polygraph strongly preferred and SAP/SCI eligibility required.
