FEPS GmbH is hiring a Program Manager / Overall Project Manager to lead the central program management of a major public-sector turnkey modular construction program with a volume of up to approximately €1 billion. The role is based at the Berlin project office, with mobility across construction sites in North, East, and West Germany, and includes coordination of planners, production plants, installation partners, clients, authorities, resources, costs, risks, reporting, and legal documentation. Candidates need a relevant degree, 5–10 years of overall project management experience in industrial wood modular, system, or prefabricated construction, knowledge of German construction regulations, BIM and project-management certification, German C2 and negotiation-level English skills, and willingness to undergo a security screening. The position offers a gross annual salary of €100,000–€135,000 plus a performance bonus, a company car, flexible working hours, and home-office options.
