Description
The Senior Program Manager will lead large-scale, transformational technology programs for enterprise clients, owning delivery, governance, financial performance, resources, contracts, risks, and executive stakeholder alignment. The role manages distributed matrixed teams of 50+ resources, coordinates technical workstreams, develops SOWs and program budgets, supports contract negotiations, and reports to senior leadership and clients. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of project management experience, 5+ years of program management experience, and experience with Financial Services customers and multimillion-dollar technology programs.
