Description
The Aircraft Program Manager leads contracted aircraft seating programs from planning through execution, coordinating cross-functional and global teams to meet customer, technical, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Responsibilities include program planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, change control, customer and supplier coordination, technical and certification data management, and program milestone meetings. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent education/experience, typically 5+ years of aircraft-industry program management experience, and an engineering degree is preferred.
