Description
The Program Manager owns the full lifecycle of complex, multi-year strategic programs across business, IT, and network tribes. The role plans and controls delivery, prioritizes value, reports progress to senior leadership, resolves cross-functional dependencies, facilitates steering committees, and steers and co-creates with strategic partners. It requires around 8–10 years of relevant experience, strong program and project management, governance, prioritization, stakeholder-management, and matrix-navigation skills, with PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe experience preferred.
