Description
The Level 1 Program Manager (PM) at LG-TEK is responsible for overseeing the cost, schedule, and performance of a contract. They act as the primary liaison between the Contracting Officer, COR, client's Program Manager, and the Contractor's senior management. Key responsibilities include cost management, schedule tracking, staffing and performance management, risk assessment, requirements analysis, and ensuring high-quality execution. The PM also utilizes strong communication skills to guide technical teams, monitor progress, document findings, and manage various aspects of the contract lifecycle.
