Roush is hiring a full-time Program Manager for its Powertrain Engineering group in Allen Park, Michigan. The role manages multiple concurrent programs and teams from quoting through completion, coordinates customers and cross-functional teams, oversees budgets, materials, production, quality, risk, change control, and continuous improvement, and leads program staff and subcontractor coordination groups. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, at least four years of project and program management experience, and two years of leadership experience, with powertrain engineering and manufacturing timing experience preferred.
