Success Academy is hiring a Program Manager, Pre-College Programs & Alumni Engagement to own the end-to-end execution of Summer Experience and Dual Enrollment programs, scholarships, and alumni engagement. The role manages participation, partners, budgets, communications, data systems, reporting, and AI-enabled workflow redesign across the portfolio, while coordinating with schools, network teams, advancement, and external partners. It is a hybrid position based in the New York City Financial District, requiring on-site work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday, with compensation of $90,000–$100,000 USD.
