Description
The Program Manager, Principal will lead and coordinate Cost of Health Care and specialty drug management initiatives across pharmacy, medical benefits, analytics, governance, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include tracking pharmacy affordability initiatives, facilitating cross-functional forums, developing performance reports, supporting specialty drug and biosimilar strategies, and maintaining the pharmacy initiative roadmap. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10 years of relevant pharmacy program and companywide initiative experience, strong data and collaboration skills, and a hybrid work arrangement with two days in the office.
