Description
The Program Manager, Principal - IFP Performance Optimization leads end-to-end performance management for Individual and Family Plans, identifying and prioritizing opportunities across cost, access, quality, growth, member experience, and affordability. The role analyzes performance gaps, leads root-cause analysis, coordinates cross-functional interventions, tracks ROI and operational impact, supports performance governance, and translates complex data into executive recommendations. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent high school credential plus four years of additional relevant experience, 10 years of prior relevant experience, healthcare experience, and demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives, manage governance models, and influence matrixed teams.
