Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a Program Manager, Procurement Enablement – Change Management to lead change management activities for procurement enablement programs. The role partners with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality, Digital, HR, and other business teams to develop change strategies, engage stakeholders, communicate complex changes, deliver training, assess organizational readiness, monitor adoption, and sustain new processes, systems, and operating models. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of experience in change management, program management, organizational development, or transformation, with experience in procurement, supply chain, digital transformation, or enterprise systems preferred. The role is based in an office, follows a 40-hour standard schedule, and requires 10–25% travel annually.
