Justworks is hiring a Technology Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs that connect Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and customer-facing teams toward customer and business outcomes. The role owns programs from definition through execution, establishes operating models and governance, manages dependencies and risks, uses quantitative and qualitative data to measure progress, and communicates complex work across stakeholders. Candidates need 3–5+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to build alignment without authority; technical acumen in complex or regulated technology environments is a plus. The position is based in the New York City office and offers a targeted base salary of $131,000 to $169,000 per year.
