Jiga is hiring a Program Manager to serve as the strategic partner for top customers, owning their production journey from prototype through scale. The role manages complex manufacturing projects across CNC machining, sheet metal, injection molding, and other processes; navigates DFM, supplier selection, quality, and supply-chain challenges; and translates technical requirements into production outcomes. Candidates need at least five years of custom mechanical manufacturing experience, full-lifecycle production project management experience, customer-facing technical project experience, and strong knowledge of DFM, tolerances, materials, and manufacturing processes.
