ProSidian is hiring a Program Manager for Program & Project Management [USCG09009] to provide program support for the U.S. Coast Guard Personnel Service Center (CG-PSC) in the Washington, DC area. The role is an on-site, contract-contingent W2 position focused on change management, strategic planning, business transformation, governance, analytics, and process improvement for mission support modernization across CG-PSC business lines. The position requires senior-level experience (typically 10+ years), strong project/program management and communication skills, U.S. citizenship, and no visa sponsorship.
