ResCare Community Living is hiring a Program Director, IDD Services to manage one to four community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role oversees direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and program delivery, while managing staff performance, scheduling, and hiring decisions. The position requires a valid driver’s license, at least one year of active driving history, and is available on a Monday–Friday, weekend, and on-call schedule.
