Description
The Program Manager & Delivery Lead will support Platform Engineering, AI, and Advanced Analytics initiatives for OMERS Investments. The role manages portfolios of initiatives and workstreams, translates business demand into prioritized delivery plans, coordinates stakeholders across business and technology teams, supports Agile and hybrid delivery, and contributes to governance, reporting, resource planning, and continuous improvement. It requires 5–8+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with four days per week in the office.
