Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Program Management Office (PMO) Program Manager for its Program and Portfolio Management service line within the Real Estate sector. The role owns the strategic business case, program charter, benefits, governance, RACI, execution methodology, information management, resource planning, stakeholder engagement, master scheduling, risk analysis, continuous improvement, and oversight of capital project delivery. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, at least three years of construction-industry experience, experience managing connected projects worth $10M to $100M, and strong data-management, stakeholder, reporting, and leadership capabilities. The role may require on-site work depending on client needs and may include SOX control responsibilities.
