DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Program Manager Project Delivery OE (US-O) to manage large, complex, high-risk new business start-up projects and programs across North America. The role oversees planning, scope, risks, stakeholder communication, commercial reviews, sales-to-delivery execution, DePICT® governance, cutover planning, and handover to Operations, while coaching Project Managers and serving as a subject-matter expert and primary customer interface. A bachelor’s degree or 7–10 years of related experience, 3–5 years of project management experience, and 3–5 years in supply chain or operations management are required; the national salary range is $104,000–$198,000, with medical, dental, vision, prescription, stock purchase, bonus, and paid time-off benefits.
