Keenfinity Group is hiring a Program Manager to lead and manage the Project Management Office for its Critical Communications Systems business unit, including RTS Intercom Systems, Telex Aviation, and Telex Radio Dispatch. The role oversees project governance, portfolio roadmaps, resource planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and the execution of strategic new-product-development projects, while mentoring Project Managers and coordinating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, a master’s degree is preferred, and the position requires 10+ years of progressive project management experience, 5+ years leading major hardware, firmware, and software product development, and a PMP or equivalent certification. The U.S. base salary is $130,000–$150,000, with medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance benefits.
