Description
Genezen is hiring a Program Manager to support client gene therapy programs through process development and GMP manufacturing of viral vectors. The role manages project schedules, milestones, risks, deliverables, stakeholder communication, project costs, invoicing, and forecasting, while serving as the primary contact among clients, project teams, and functional groups. The position requires a BS in a scientific field, at least three years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO, CRO, or related experience, and proficiency with MS Office and project management software; life sciences laboratory experience and PMP training are desired. The role is based in Fishers, Indiana or Lexington, Massachusetts, and Genezen does not sponsor visas.
