ICF is hiring a Program Manager, Public Sector Energy Efficiency to support energy efficiency programs in Southern California. The role manages program delivery, subcontractors, cross-functional teams, budgets, forecasts, performance, contracts, quality assurance, and stakeholder relationships with building owners, property managers, developers, and community stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree or one year of related experience, at least five years of project management experience in energy efficiency, utility programs, public sector, or related areas, a valid driver’s license, and an MVR check.
