The role leads enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives, including transformation strategy, operating-model design, process improvement, program delivery, change management, governance, risk and budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement. It requires 12+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting, program management, process excellence, organizational change, or strategic initiatives, along with a bachelor’s degree and experience leading enterprise-wide change. The position partners with business, technology, operations, finance, and compliance teams to deliver digital and system-driven improvements.
