Description
The Rapid Rehousing Program Manager oversees the daily operations and implementation of two HUD Continuum of Care Rapid Rehousing programs in Montgomery County. The role supervises and mentors team members, ensures compliance with HUD and Housing First requirements, monitors housing-stability performance, coordinates community services, and provides direct housing-stability support to up to 10 households when caseload ratios exceed 25:1. The position requires approximately 20% travel within Montgomery County and a bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of related social work experience, three years working with diverse populations, and three years of advocacy experience.
