Cencora is hiring a full-time Program Manager - Rare Disease to oversee call-center associates, monitor staff performance, support scheduling and quality initiatives, manage pharmaceutical and healthcare projects, develop protocols and databases, produce reporting, communicate with clients, and participate in recruiting. The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare experience, and at least two years each in project or program management and people management. The salary range is CAD 76,200 to CAD 119,460.
