Description
The Program Manager will lead two municipal programs: Room for Tailored Support and Digital Accessibility, Inclusion and Plain Language. The role coordinates program teams and partners, develops program assignments and implementation plans, monitors progress and risks, prepares administrative and civil-service decisions, advises the Management Team on strategic challenges, and supports the professionalization of program and project management. It is a 32-hour-per-week project-based assignment suitable for self-employed contractors, with a start date of 01-11-2026 and an end date of 30-04-2027.
