Life’s WORC is hiring a Residential Director to provide protective oversight and 24/7 on-call accessibility for people living in a residential setting, while supervising and training residential staff, evaluating staff performance, coordinating community-integration activities, and maintaining agency quality and vehicle standards. The role requires a high-school diploma or equivalent, two years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, six months of supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a road test and drive an agency vehicle. The schedule is 40 hours per week from Sunday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with additional shifts as needed, and the position offers health and dental insurance, a 403(b) matching program, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and bonuses.
