Description
Amazon's ROW Transportation Execution team is hiring a Program Manager to manage end-to-end programs that improve fulfillment and transportation network configurations. The role coordinates regional configuration teams and stakeholders, prioritizes feature enhancements, supports OP planning, drives process improvement and standardization, tracks roadmaps and milestones, and communicates risks and dependencies to stakeholders. Candidates need at least three years of cross-functional experience, process improvement experience using data and metrics, and experience defining program requirements; additional experience in end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, and project scheduling is preferred.
