The role owns service development, process management, milestones, launch schedules, technical dependencies, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and progress reporting, while translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent, SQL knowledge, fluent English, intermediate Excel skills, and program or project management experience.
