Delta Dental of Washington is hiring a Program Manager, Sales to oversee a portfolio of cross-functional Sales initiatives. The role translates Sales priorities into plans, coordinates work and dependencies, manages risks and deliverables, supports annual planning and QBRs, maintains portfolio dashboards, and provides leadership and Board reporting. Candidates need at least five years of program, project, or portfolio management experience, knowledge of portfolio governance and planning, executive-partnering experience, communication and organizational skills, Smartsheet or comparable platform proficiency, and change-management knowledge; Sales, healthcare, or insurance experience is preferred. The position offers medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) match, vacation and sick time, tuition reimbursement, and a base pay range of $80,000 to $125,500 in Western Washington.
