Description
Remitly is hiring a Program Manager, Sanctions Compliance to serve as a subject-matter and program expert for its global sanctions compliance program. The role owns preventive, detective, and corrective workstreams, including regulatory inquiries, remediation projects, controls testing, alert adjudication, policy governance, training, control specifications, reporting, and regulatory intelligence. It requires 4–6 years of sanctions compliance experience, strong OFAC knowledge, independent regulatory judgment, and cross-functional project leadership. The position is hybrid, onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with a starting base salary of $136,000–$170,000 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
