Meta is hiring a Program Manager for its Legal & Compliance team to own and improve core legal and regulatory operational workflows, including enforcement, notice-and-takedown regimes, legal request responses, risk mitigation, process automation, and cross-functional program execution. The role focuses on setting goals, measuring workflow effectiveness, managing capacity and escalations, coordinating with stakeholders, and advising on program investments to improve operational maturity and regulatory readiness.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management, or an educational degree in project management, law, business, or operations with a focus on legal and compliance
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management, or an educational degree in project management, law, business, or operations with a focus on legal and compliance
Experience in legal, public policy, or regulatory operations, litigation, audit, or control and safeguard management
Experience handling complex and high-risk cases or escalations

Experience driving cross-functional collaboration and communication during high-risk situations
Experience resolving conflicts, identifying tradeoffs, and setting priorities

Ongoing AI skill development and familiarity with emerging AI technologies

Experience adapting operations in fast-changing regulatory environments
Experience building or improving process automation and tooling for compliance operations
Experience with data protection, content moderation, or platform accountability compliance programs at a technology company
