Intercare Therapy is hiring a full-time Program Manager, School Services - Applied Behavior Analysis in Long Beach, California. The role conducts functional behavioral assessments, develops function-based behavior intervention plans, implements and evaluates environmental modifications and instructional protocols, trains educational teams, and supervises Behavior Technicians. The position supports students throughout the territory, with onsite school-site work typically from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and indirect work in the afternoons, scheduled to the academic calendar. Compensation is $26–$32 per hour with a $750 sign-on bonus, and the role requires a master’s degree in a relevant field and strong ABA, program management, and clinical skills.
