San Diego Community Power is hiring a Program Manager - SDREN to oversee and implement customer energy programs funded through the California Public Utility Commission, primarily through the San Diego Regional Energy Network. The role manages budgets, contractors and implementors, program marketing, reporting, stakeholder engagement, contracts, and residential and commercial program operations, while collaborating with internal teams, consultants, municipalities, agencies, and community stakeholders. The position is based in San Diego County with a hybrid work schedule set by SDCP and offers a salary range of $117,800 to $159,000 USD.
