Description
The Program Manager will oversee academic operations for the University of Baltimore’s Second Chance College Program, coordinating on-campus and on-site activities at Jessup Correctional Institution. The role manages admissions, enrollment, financial aid, student advising, course scheduling, program grants, databases, and student support; supervises program staff, student workers, interns, and volunteers; and serves as a liaison among prison leadership, university departments, faculty, and other stakeholders. The position requires a master’s degree, two years of progressively responsible higher education administration experience, and some supervisory experience, with a weekly prison work schedule and a criminal background check.
