Xcelerate Solutions is hiring a Program Manager to lead a high-volume, high-complexity security and adjudication program for the Intelligence Community. Reporting to the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative, the role manages program operations, delivery, cost control, reporting, personnel oversight, task coordination, and performance quality while serving as the primary liaison for contract and personnel-security matters. The position requires an active TS/SCI with full-scope polygraph, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of ICD 704 and adjudication processes, risk-management and ITIL experience, and familiarity with personnel-security tools.
