Amazon Security is hiring a Program Manager to own the end-to-end program that brings security review into the LLM age. The role will build a new team, define requirements and a sequenced delivery plan, manage cross-functional dependencies with engineering, security, and platform teams, run a bounded pilot, establish metrics, make technical design decisions, and communicate status and risks to senior leadership. The position requires extensive technical product and program management experience, direct engineering-team experience, software development experience, and cross-functional release coordination. It is based in Austin, Texas, with a base salary of 148,700 to 201,200 USD annually.
