Description
The ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Manager will lead the organization’s vulnerability management program by designing workflows, SLAs, and escalation paths; coordinating with Security, IT Operations, and business units; implementing automation and dashboarding; maintaining data integrity; and enabling adoption through training and change management. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, vulnerability management or SecOps/GRC experience, ServiceNow and vulnerability-scanning integrations, automation and dashboarding proficiency, and strong stakeholder management skills.
