Torch Technologies is hiring a Senior Program Manager to support the Air Force Human Resources Systems Division and the AFLCMC/GB Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate. The role manages legacy sustainment and new acquisition programs, advises on DoWI 5000.75 and 5000.02 acquisition strategies, develops risk mitigation and integrated master schedules, coordinates technical and stakeholder inputs, supports transition to implementation, and prepares executive recommendations. The position is onsite in Huntsville, Alabama, with an 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday schedule, 10–20% travel, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and an ESOP.
