MBC is hiring a Senior Program Manager in the Washington, D.C. area to lead major U.S. Navy surface ship modernization, sustainment, and decision-support programs for the DPAE Maritime program. The role partners with government leadership, translates operational challenges into data analytics, visualization, and decision-support concepts, oversees program plans and resources, manages milestones and budgets, coordinates stakeholders, and champions digital transformation and AI-enabled workflows. Candidates need at least 10 years of Navy program-management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, eligibility for a DOD SECRET clearance, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
