The position coaches Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban, facilitates ceremonies, improves delivery visibility through AI-enabled tools and automation, analyzes metrics such as velocity and cycle time, maintains Jira dashboards, removes impediments, and collaborates with Product Owners and Engineering teams.
