The role serves as the primary client-facing lead, manages program delivery, vendors, contractors, risks, budgets, schedules, SLAs, reporting, and cross-functional teams, and coordinates agile ceremonies and technical reviews. Candidates need at least five years of enterprise IT project management experience, three years of ServiceNow implementation experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a PMP certification, with federal clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
