Description
The role leads the planning, execution, coordination, and delivery of optical-transceiver projects, including product life-cycle management from R&D through post-maintenance. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing supply chains and BOMs, monitoring quality, cost, timelines, risks, and mitigation plans, and improving project-management processes. The position requires 3–5 years of project-management experience in optical transceivers or a relevant field, cross-functional team management, Microsoft Project and Jira proficiency, strong communication, and strong English skills.
