Description
The Manager of Simulation oversees the day-to-day operations of the NM-LFH Simulation Center and a standardized simulation program across Northwestern Medicine hospitals. The role manages simulation equipment, supplies, budgets, accreditation compliance, curriculum development, facilitator training, standardized patients, and client scheduling, while collaborating with healthcare departments and external partners. Required qualifications include a master’s degree, clinical healthcare experience, at least two years of healthcare simulation experience, and certification as a CHSOS or CHSE within three years of hire.
