Description
Northwestern Medicine is hiring a Manager of Simulation to oversee the NM-LFH Simulation Center and develop a standardized simulation program across the region. The role manages simulation equipment, supplies, budgets, accreditation compliance, curriculum and facilitator training, standardized patients, and coordination with hospital departments and external clients. It requires a master’s degree, clinical healthcare experience, at least two years of healthcare simulation experience, and certification as a CHSOS or CHSE within three years of hire.
